the soap I ordered was only a charcoal soap and I have received neem soap I have alergy from neem so I cannot use this soap and I have ordered it 10 so it is my loss of money I request to exchange my soaps or else give my money back this is very fraud behaviour of this soap company if they didn't reply to this I will complain it to coustomer care service and take a proper action of this happened to me

While ordering it was mentioned as black detox charcoal soap but after I have received the product which was in green shade and mentioned as neem + charcoal . While raising it as a concern they were simply saying soap got upgraded. If neem is included then I didn’t even buy it and it’s literally like commercially available hamam. You should deliver the product based on what is being mentioned.
